All products can be returned for a full refund within 30-days receiving your product.

If you need to return an item please follow these steps:
1) Call our toll-free number during business hours and get an RA (Return Authorization) Number that needs to be displayed on the outside of your package.

2) Please return items in the original packaging.

3) Return item(s) with 15 days of receiving your RA number.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
